What if I don't use my included visits?

Included visits don't roll over month-to-month — but the value of membership isn't just the visit count. It's the direct line, the same familiar expert, and the discount on anything bigger you need.

What counts as a "visit"?

An in-home appointment up to the time listed for your tier. If something we find during the visit needs more time or work than the slot covers, we'll explain what's needed and quote a flat price for the extra — at your tier's discount.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Email or call and your membership ends at the close of the current billing month. No long forms, no exit fee.

Is Ongoing Care the same as the Diagnostic Visit?

No. A Diagnostic Visit is a one-time, in-home assessment for situations where it's not clear what's going on. Ongoing Care is the monthly relationship that comes after — for households who want us on call, not just for one job.
