Why a crow?

Crows are quietly brilliant. They solve problems other animals can't, they use tools, and they remember a kind face for years. They're not flashy about any of it — they just figure things out, and they come back.

That's the company we wanted to be. Clever where it counts, gentle in how it shows up. Not the loudest tech in the room — the one that recognises you, remembers your setup, and quietly sorts things out.

So our little crow became "the Knack." You'll see them on the van, at your door, and right here — a small reminder that having a knack for something is really just patience plus care, repeated until it looks like magic.
